The Community Safety Unit carries out a regular programme of research and consultation. Engaging with the wider community as well as our partner agencies is crucial to the success of the SSP. Consultation takes place in the form of Area Committees and Audit Consultation. Occasionally we will consult to interested parties on specific issues, such as Street Drinking. The feedback we receive is duly considered and directs decision making.
