Through the Safer Stockport (Crime and Disorder) Partnership the START group have funded a free 24hr Racial Harassment/Homophobic Harassment Help Line Number:

T:0800 138 1666

which can be accessed in eight different languages and where victims of racist incidents can report these incidents to various agencies, including the police, as well as get support in relation to their problem.

In addition new guidelines for Hate Incident Reporting have just been finalised. These procedures apply to both members of the public and council staff to report any Hate Incident.
